Approaching from the North (e.g., Banjul or Brusubi):
Start: Head south on the main road leading out of Banjul, merging onto the Kombo Coastal Road.
Continue: Pass through key areas such as Fajara, Kotu, and Kololi.
Landmark: Upon reaching the Brusubi Turntable, continue straight, staying on the Coastal Highway.
Proceed: Drive past Bijilo and Brufut.
Continue for approximately 15 kilometers.
Look for signs indicating Tujereng; Nyancho Clinic is on the left hand side of the main Kombo Coastal Highway.
Approaching from the South (e.g., Sanyang):
Start: Head north on the main road from Sanyang.
Continue: Drive for about 6 kilometers towards Tujereng.
Approaching Tujereng: As you near Tujereng, watch for signs directing you to the Tujereng Housing Estate.
Nyancho Clinic is on the right before the turning for the Tujereng Housing Estate.
